Registration

• Registrations are to be submitted in writing by registration form or E-Mail.
• The registration is binding upon written booking confirmation by Swim Swift.
• Swim Swift reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses if the minimum number of registrations is not reached. In such cases, participants will not be charged.
• A waiting list will be created if the maximum number of participants is exceeded.
• The course and definite time of the course will be announced in writing by e-mail.

Course Confirmation & Payment

• Address must be provided in advance for course confirmation.
• The course confirmation is binding
• The payment of the invoice has to be done within 30 days after the invoice date. In the event of late payment a reminder fee of CHF 40 per reminder will be charged.
• Swim Swift reserves the right to adjust prices at any time prior to course confirmation.

Missed Lessons

• General: Missed lessons do not entitle to rescheduling or refunds
• General: In the event of illness or accident, lessons may be rescheduled upon submission of a valid medical certificate within 72 hours, subject to availability and at Swim Swift's discretion. No refunds will be granted.
• Private Flex Lessons: Lessons cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.

Course Cancellation

• General: Cancellation of a course must be made in writing by e-mail. (Non-payment of the course fee does not constitute cancellation).
• General: Swim Swift does not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
• General: Cancellations received up to 14 days prior to the start date of the course entitle the participant to have the course invoice waived.
• General: Once a booking confirmation has been issued by Swim Swift, any subsequent cancellation - irrespective of timing - shall incur a non-refundable cancellation fee of CHF 70.
• General: Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the start of the course render the full course fee due and payable.
• General: In the event of illness or accident, only the lessons missed may, at Swim Swift's discretion, be credited in the form of a non-transferable voucher, valid for twelve months, upon submission of a valid medical certificate within 14 days.
• Private Flex Lessons: Lessons cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.
• Private Flex Lessons: Lessons cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be invoiced in full.

Insurance and Liability

• Participation in the swimming course is at the participant's own risk.
• Adequate insurance is the responsibility of the participants or their responsible persons.
• No liability will be accepted for any damage that may occur during the swimming course except in cases of gross negligence or intent by Swim Swift.

Force Majeure

• If indoor swimming pools cannot be used (e.g. due to closure, breakdown, force of nature, cleaning etc.) Swim Swift assumes no liability. In such cases, course fees remain payable and no refunds or lesson rescheduling are granted.

Safety and Responsibility

• Parents are fully responsible for their children before and after the swimming lessons.
• Swim Swift is only responsible for the registered participants during the course.

Swimming Materials

• Appropriate swimwear is obligatory for all participants.
• Swimming aids ('floaties', swimming vests etc.) are forbidden during the course.
• Swimming goggles may be worn from level 3 onwards. (In case of exceptions: contact us).

Jurisdiction

Swiss law is applicable for all legal relations. Place of jurisdiction is Wangen-Brüttisellen, Switzerland.
