Parents can watch from poolside or join upon request.
Level 1 - "Seastar"
Level 1 "Seashell": Ability to react in emergency situations.
Seastar is our first step after the Seashell toddler program. At this level, children develop basic water safety awareness and learn foundational emergency responses.

Level 2 "Turtle": Confidence in deep waters
In the Turtle level, children build confidence in deeper water while mastering backstroke techniques. This level focuses on developing strong swimming foundations and comfort in various water depths.

Level 3 "Goldfish": Freestyle Mastery
In the Goldfish level, swimmers focus on developing proper freestyle (front crawl) techniques. This level also emphasizes stroke refinement and efficient movement through water.

Level 4 "Seal": Breaststroke
The Seal level introduces swimmers to breaststroke techniques. Here, children learn the coordinated movement of arms and legs specific to breaststroke, developing strength and precision in their swimming.

Advanced Swimming: Butterfly & Competition
Our highest levels focus on mastering butterfly technique and preparing for competitive swimming. Swimmers refine all four strokes while building strength, endurance, and racing skills.
